we signed our contract yesterday, yay we have a house? we all paid the same amount of 325$ rent + 60$ utilities for the last month of our lease. So everything's fine and everyone's happy? we're far from it. i never expected our group to experience so much stress on establishing everyone's choice of rooms, of course there would be some sort of little disagreement.. but now its becoming unreasonable. we tried our best and solved your family needs, what more can you ask for? are you using your parents as an excuse to grab the best out of the house or do you actually have a heart and care for the roommates living in the rest of the house. like karen said, parents can control things up to a point but ultimately the bottom line is they're not living in the house. i just don't understand how its always the parents that come out victorious. their flow of logic makes no sense. if they can't accept the fact that you are a university student and not a child anymore, then fine. we will do what we can, even if it means sacrificing some of our preferences, to accommodate to their requests. its so sad that some people don't even notice what some of us are doing.. im actually so upset. the feeling of caring for someone and in return nothing is rewarded back. but whatever... i don't care. sometimes i wish i can forget things overnight, i know some people are like that. the next day they forget everything and everyone's better. im not like this.. i try so hard to hide it. but its ok. thank you karen, thank you eva.. honestly you two are so understanding your defending words are very encouraging.. i won't be weak anymore. i will fight my own battles and deep down i will have you two behind me supporting everything i do. it really means alot, thank you so much.
