im beginning to get to know her more and more everyday. compared to first year, she was not the type of person as everyone described her as. now that i look back, its a good thing that i was still so persistent, and eager to find out myself. now i think i have a better idea of who she really is; a devoted christian with really good morals :) she's not shy. i could learn something from her... maybe. i've always wondered whats her impression of me. to this point, im able to understand some clues here and there... i think. no details though :P
she slept with my bear. HEHE
i brought her to my house and showed her around. she's never been here but ive been to her house like 5 times... haha. too bad DL was asleep! hope the fire alarm didn't wake them up :( so fail. tried to cook something and the fire alarm rang (like it always does). she must think im a complete newb in the kitchen hahah just kidding. thanks for telling me i "can" cook :) but tbh i overcooked the noodles! LOL
ahhhh, i ponder the possibilities.

Little things
It's not fair for me to say I'm sad, they have their reasons for their actions. Whatever I'm feeling right now, definitely not positive :S I'm so worried. About everything...

this sucks
so today's exam didn't exactly go so well lol.
im sooo mad at myself for two things.
1. i dont have a big bladder.
there was 30mins left of the exam, if anything i could have double checked MC questions. but i didnt, i needed to piss so badly i just left. fyi i went to pee right before the exam.
2. didn't prepare well enough.
not blaming this on anyone, but it is kind of my fault for not preparing well enough, i could have spent more time on studying but i was procrastinating.... and i went home. ahhh :(
so my last chem exam is on thursday, cant screw that one up...

Time
I'm not sure if it's the right time yet. The analogy is like the climax of a movie, once it's over the excitement goes downhill from there. I hope I don't past the friend line :(

The Best II
So in my last post, I didn't manage to write out all that happened, because I was too tired! But dragging the days on and on... I might forget to document some memorable times! Sooo after dinner we went back to the house to party it up :D We first played cranium, i'm so glad we decided teams by random, because that way my high school friends can get to know my mac friends just a tad bit easier ! The teams were.. (ahh hope I get them right).
red: canny, gary, jonathan, matthew
green: karen, lisa, natalie
yellow: jason, richard, susane
blue: eva, jenn, justin
we had fun! except i am somehow very challenged at this game... I feel sorry for my teammates LOL we were so behind, stupid blue team was like 3/4 through the board and we were still stuck at the beginning :( hahah oh well its all good, we had fun :) then after we played kings! with like drinks of course.. LOL I don't even have to ask for it :P so .. the most funny part of that experience is probably adhering to the "rule" card.... first rule made by karen = no swearing! and eva basically went berserk because you know... she's known for being the swearing queen HAHAHAH. So things got interesting when eva picked the rule card! She completely reversed the rule = every person must include a swear word in their sentence! this threw off a select few, especially susane LMAO, susane never swears! What a gwai lui ;) harharhar. Also, people kept choosing me as dates :( That just increases my susceptibility to get drunk faster LOL :( ahhhh what a birthday :) the rest of the night we just took drunk pictures, like eva passing out... eva sleeping... eva turning red... yayayay :D:D just kidding ILU MOMMY! other than that gary and i had a major drunk camwhore session ROFL we were high.
then when everyone calmed down we just chilled :) yeah i fell asleep (not passing out!) on jen's floor. i was gonna take a nap... but i was kind of tired that day walking around in limeridge and getting surprised all of a sudden! lmfao i remember they carried me back to my bed hahah i dont even remember who carried me but dude i clearly could have walked on my own LOL. day 2 rolled by quickly, i didn't take that many pictures of day 2 because nothing interesting happened :P I had a test the following tuesday so gary and i went to thode library to do work. yeah, so productive eh :) i think not! we stayed for approximately 2 hours hahah but its good, better than nothing! The others went to Jackson Square and from the stories i've heard they noticed that hamilton has alot of mentally challenged people. i didn't really notice that even though i live in this area... haha. throughout the afternoon we played some badminton. lisa picked up many birdies, etc, etc.
at night, richard canny and jonathan went to boston pizza to watch the ufc. the rest of us stayed home and i forgot what we played. hide and seek? LMAO OMG we are such children! and there were those that got scared of being alone in the dark... LOL. most notable places to hide: karen's closet.. LOl lisa was the only one that could fit in :) !!! and jason hid on top of the fridge.... kinda nasty, but a good hiding spot nonetheless. i walked through the kitchen and didn't notice him at all hahahah. good one. my closet was also an awesome place. i still can't imagine how justin put up with the nasty odour of my closet LOLL oh man... im 19 and i swear i will never grow old of hide and seek (except the size factor is definitely an issue).
when they got back, we played taboo. i like this game, its the only game that i can actually contribute in.. LOL vs cranium im a complete dumbass T_T i lack language smarts... should really read sometime. haha. as time passes by, it was already really late and everyone was tired so we had to sleep :( gary was the first to fall asleep in my bed lol.. our conversations disturbed his sleep :O so we moved upstairs to stream ironman 2. so yeah, i watched 5 min of it and fell asleep. i woke up sometime in the middle of the movie and watched another 5 min of it, and continued my sleep. before i know it its the next day :( the day when everyone leaves. lisa was the first to leave, i woke up and she wasnt even there anymore. apparently she got lost? awww lmfao! so yeah. throughout the day people left one by one... and we said our farewells and stuff. :(
so i guess that's it. my surprise birthday party weekend that i was completely oblivious about. so many clues here and there but i still didn't know :P i really appreciate each and every single one of you that showed up that day! even though hamilton is really far, travelling here must be a hassle. and those that normally don't drink, DID drink for the sake of me :D hahaha means alot! and last but not least shoutout to my mac family! for planning all this and keeping me out the house LMAO. thank you all, i had the time of my life : )

The Best
First and foremost, I need to thank A LOT of my friends. This was actually one of the most unforgettable experiences that ever occurred to me. Seriously, I appreciate everything you guys have done; every single effort you guys put forth. I had a blast this weekend. My best friends all in the same house, even though they're from different group of friends and they didn't know each other at first, that didn't stop them from making my 19th birthday the best it can get. It still happened. unreal... yet PHENOMENAL. Thank you all :P
I was seriously planning to go home this weekend. I was definitely debating whether I should or not... I can't imagine how screwed they would be if I did go home :P on friday, we all decided to go to limeridge to go shopping, since we haven't been in soooo long. Karen that morning all of a sudden tells us she's not going, cause she has an appointment with the doctors to look at her ass (that's exact words from her mouth that day!). So I didn't really know about this sudden appointment so I GUESS that could have been a point where I start feeling suspicious. But no, I still had no clue because Karen's always like that so I'm use to it LOL. JOKES! Also... Jen and them just accepted the fact that Karen's not going. Usually, I guess she'd be like "NO KAREN, COME NOW.. COME, I DONT CARE YOU'RE COMING!" But i STILL had no idea they weren't being themselves. So yeah we went to limeridge, got excited over the idea of purchasing hamsters, bought some clothes, blah blah and Jenn receives an email she got accepted to HEALTH SCI ! more jizzing included. Also i bought am extra large mcdonald's ice cream cone.
When we were bussing back, Jenn was texting to someone nonstop... I thought she was telling people she got into health sci, but apparently she was constantly texting karen of our status: exactly what time we would be back at the house. Could someone actually put healthsci-acceptance-hype 2nd over a birthday surprise? hahah not many! thanks Jenn :D
When I opened the door to my room, i was.... so surprised. I thought I was momentarily dreaming or something, it was so indescribably unbelievable. I think I saw Lisa first, and then I just kept hearing Eva and Susane laughing in the background... LOL and here i'm thinking to myself, why is Lisa AND Eva/Susane here, in Hamilton, in my house, and in my ROOM?! I scan my room once more time and I see Gary Lam?!? say what!? LOL I have to say, I feel "honoured" to be bestowed upon your presence, gary. Since you're always excluded from our chilling times! Thanks for skipping (skipping=bad) your classes just to bus here to make it in time for the surprise haha! Then I noticed Richard Canny and Jonathan at the back. Immediately I can picture BOOZE IN THE FRIDGE. my thoughts exactly right ;) haha thanks guys for supplying! Also thanks Karen and Justin for buying the cake :D and Karen especially for planning all this along with Richard's "Hello" group on facebook. Must've been awkward when I made a group to celebrate on the weekend of June 4th, when it happened a week earlier! hahaha! I also couldn't figure out how they got into my room. My door was locked afterall... mhmm Canny! My door lock is weak sauce.
So after they sang happy birthday and I calmed down, we couldn't decide where to eat! They kept making me decide but I had no idea, i couldnt think straight LOL. We tried to walk to East Side Marios, but we stopped at Crabby Joe's. I had a pleasant dinner, especially because it was FREE :) They insisted on chipping in a dollar each so I'd eat for free, but I didn't want to because I mean what more can I expect. All my favourite people chilling together to celebrate my birthday. what more can I ask for. They paid for me in the end LOL I also got free ice-cream. BAHAHAH and a 2nd birthday song :P omg my birthday wasn't even until 5 more days LOL
Under all that excitement, I couldn't help myself from constantly thinking about how people got here! and why they chose to spend the time to bus all the way here in Hamilton just for a mere birthday... happens every year its not that special. but yeah seriously from the bottom of my heart, THANKS EVERYONE :D !!

turn a wednesday to a weekend
Yesterday I had a ortho appointment at 10 to take a mold for my retainers. it didnt take long but they need an hour or more to make the retainers, so meanwhile I got a haircut at my aunts! she suggested that i try a different hairstyle this time, because apparently i "sut sow" when i dyed my hair -.- so she fixed it accordingly with a new style. LOL i do agree though, i have like patches of blond and only the front bangs look appropriately hi-lighted (in red). Never will i attempt to "hi-light" my hair, just dye the whole thing :S anyways, now my hair is SOOOO SHORT!! i look fat and bald :( man sad times T_T its like shaved entirely on both sides, my head is square shaped more or less, and my sideburns look like icicles. ROFL
After my haircut, my dad got called to go to work, so he just ditched me and left me at market village. I couldnt go home because i still had to retrieve my retainers, so yeah. I quickly texted lisa, and demand to CHILLL!! im not bussing home and doing orgo chem screw that LOL...... i paid the price today, screwed up my lab so much! haha but yeah, lisa and i went to find jeffrey and richard. They happened to be visiting milliken, so i just tagged along... so awkward for me, never would have thought to revisit a high school, especially one that I didnt attend! pretty interesting experience for them, they seem to have good relationships with their teachers :P hence i starved to death waiting for them to finish talking so we can go eat X_x LOLL joking!! hahah probably spent an hour at milliken, then we went to yum cha and jonathan came.
At yum cha, stupid jeffrey was being REALLY REALLY "bat gwah" like LOOOOL dont worry man when that day comes you will be the first to know! :P after yum cha we went to richards house and played mj! havent played with them in a while, first lisa was playing... its fun playing with her and all, but i am a REALLY impatient person. the rest is self explanatory. then jonathan took over her spot and the hardcore mj had finally begun. then around 6 we went outside to wait for our parents and played a little of basketball while we waited. i havent touched a bball since grade 9 wow i suck at basketball. Then at night my dad drove me in to mac and then for the entire night i tried to finish my assignment AND prelab... on top of that I didnt even finish in time!!!!!!!! AND stupid jen came down and prevented me from finishing my work. i slept at 4 GG STUPID JEN :(
haha :) im just kidding ROFL it was nice talking for 3 hours nonstop about... not chem. gay AHHH hope i passed the assignment. probably failed the lab, share that experience another time. its late, i'll sleep now, going home AGAIN tomorrow w00t!! I can safely say when I'm here at mac, I really miss home and everyone in the gta. but when im home, i also miss the little family i have here at mac. such a bipolar feeling hahah!

Too jokes
Story of my life..! Just got through a 3 hour orgo lecture, got home and mom calls me and tells me I have an ortho appointment tomorrow at 10am. Apparently I'm getting new retainers so it can't really be postponed. And thus here I am. Catching the last bus from mac to York, given 30mins until the last bus departs. I was actually cooking food, I managed to start cooking the rice for dinner, but can't eat that now! My friends are soooo jokes... Jenn microwaves two croissants in 2 min, hesitated that I have an appetite for two! Karen was like "wait don't go yet, pack this (granola bar) with you sweetie, oh god I sound like mom." somewhere in there Justin did something too but I don't remember :) hahah thanks guys you are all too jokes! Muchly appreciated :)
p.s I'm still hungry should have took 2 croissants instead of 1.5 LOOOOL
While I was away.... this showed up on my facebook.
I would keep it as my dp but its hideous LMAO its funny though AHAHHAHAH

first four days of move-in
since I had no internet since move-in, im posting this now!
Italicized – Jenn
Underlined – Karen
Everything else is written by me LOL
Day One
Move in was such a hassle... first off the house was in a complete mess when I got there (the wonders of arriving first, you get to see the place at it’s worse!), second there were numerous boxes in my room. So here I’m thinking, I have to move all the shit that’s not mine into an unoccupied room? I didn’t really want to move into Susane’s room, even though she’s not taking summer school or subletting... I’m not paying her price afterall. I ended up doing so lol I wouldn’t want to be held responsible if i damaged any of their belongings so THANKS SUSANE FOR LETTING ME SLEEP IN YOUR ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT. So allow me to continue describing the horror of our disgusting house. The nastiest part of our house is the kitchen; the girls previously left their garbage in the house, attracting many species of insects crawling around all over the kitchen floor. Most of them are ants. The sink still had dishes unwashed (lol...) and the stovetop still had remnants of pancake residue. They ditched many of their pots, pans, dishes, food, spices, unfinished alcoholic drinks, spoons, forks and etc. The cupboards has like growing fungi on it, ok i’m exaggerating a bit but close enough. The place is nasty. Garbage was left in the laneway plunging the whole area into the scent of sewer environment for at least two days, on top of that it had just rained. Everything is in our favour. My dad literally cleaned everything, I feel so bad cause I was kind of just watching, I didn’t know how to help! Thanks dad for vacuuming Susane’s room so I won’t suffocate from massive amounts of dust circulation. Thanks dad for dumping all the garbage outside, thanks dad for mopping the kitchen floor, thanks for everything :D Karen and her parents arrived shortly after my dad left. They moved their stuff into the house and stared at the mess in awe. It’s that bad, considering my dad just cleaned the place... Then for the whole night Karen and I just sat in her room. There is no internet, so we just sat there. Literally.
Day Two
Karen woke me up and brought me “bo jai fan” from T&T. Yeah? T&T?! It seems her parents bought it to Hamilton, they got here at 11am! So I walk over to my room, and notice that all the boxes are gone! The girl had movers come in at 9am to take them all away, thank goodness. I vacuumed my room and mildly wiped it from some dust. Karen’s mom cleaned the entire fridge, thank you auntie! My parents came in soon after that and intensely cleaned the place. My mom took care of the entire kitchen floor. My dad cleaned the whole washroom and rid of my room of dust. Even my sister helped me set up my bed... nice to have a family do everything you don’t want to ;) LOL.
So when my room was vacuumed and rid of spider egg infestations, I moved most of my furniture from Susane’s room to my room. It’s sad cause I broke my desk, one of the four legs broke off along with a piece of the table, lol GG. But... the day is saved when we picked up free garbage furniture from the street outside! I’m so jew but I picked up some really useful stuff, like a used computer desk, a SEXY WHITE CRYSTAL CLEAN CLOSET DRAWER :D While Karen also picked up a closet cupboard thing for her printer, and more closets and drawers! Very interesting experience I must say.
However, the most adventurous event of day two was hiding Jenn’s alcohol. Actually more like problematic, because none of our parents know that we possess alcoholic beverages nor do we consume them on a daily basis. So the story of Jenn’s collection of vodka and beer begins like this. Back in January, Jenn, Edward and I went to LCBO and purchased $290 of booze: vodka, liquor, rum, jin, beer, chasers you name it, we have it. We ended up only drinking like twice during the year, so we approximately finished half of the spirits, leaving a huge excess amount of beer behind. Exams soon rolled in and no longer can we jeopardize our learning to drink. So... where can we hide 30 cans of beer and 30 vodka bottles (some empty because Jenn has a fetish of collecting bottles) on move-out day?! Jenn hid them in a white purse and a shoebox in our new house, prior to May 1st, when we actually receive possession of the house. She stashed it downstairs in Justin’s room. So on day 1 of move-in, everything was smooth because neither Karen’s parents or my parents needed to move downstairs when conducting the move-in process. But... in day 2, there was a huge problem. Karen’s parents got here first, then my parents, then Justin and his dad, then Jenn and her parents! We were scared that her parents might wonder the house examining every detail about the place and just maybe unfortunately recognize Jenn’s purse and shoebox. That will be gg, so therefore we hid the booze in Karen’s closet. HOWEVER, Karen’s parents came BACK for some reason AND we have to move it elsewhere. I think we hid it in Jason’s closet for a short while, until Jason arrived! Then we threw it in Eva’s room and locked the door. But we were also expecting Eva’s sublet to come, so we panicked like faggots and didn’t know what to do. ROFLLL but we did pull it off though, when Jenn’s parents were outside Karen and I quickly transported the alcohol to two different places, Karen’s closet and Justin’s room. Next time, we shouldn’t buy so much alcohol... lol buy what we can finish!
Day 3
Its day three into my new house and it’s been completely BORING without internet. Like, im blogging on Microsoft word right now and it feels like im writing an essay or something... which is something i would not want to do. Me and jenn made jello SHOTS. I am SUCH an alcoholic :D I spilled a lot of things too. But I must work hard this semester and get 12s, I mean we paid for summer school and I really want to boost my average. NO MORE SKIPPING FOR ME! I’m so excited for my orgo chem labs they are going to be so fun. Maybe I’ll get to be her partner! I’m going home this weekend, so no partying lol... so this summer is gonna be so fun. I can’t wait for internet to be installed, I have nothing to do. Just playing DS all day. Jason went to the gym all day. Jenny the sublet health sci girl was in her room all day. I went to the St. Joesph info session for volunteering in the afternoon with Karen and Jenn and it was boring. I mean the lady was just reading off the powerpoint slides, I mean HELLO I can read you know. But it turns out we won’t be able to volunteer this summer because of the time it takes to have the phone interview and medical checks. We’ll just find other volunteering opportunities I guess.
Day 4
Day 4 is the first day of school! And also the day when we made home-cooked meals entirely! In the morning I randomly put together rice with onions, eggs, salmon, cheese and soysauce. Cheese with soysauce sounds really gross, but the overall product tasted good! Jenn and Jason liked it :D haha But in making breakfast, I was almost late for my genetics class at 9:30. Jenn had her physics at the same time, but I biked and she walked and I just ditched cause I was late. LOL but turns out I wasn’t really late, I was 1 step behind the prof from entering the room ROFL... Genetics is actually really interesting! They talked about sickle cell anemia and other cool stuff about haemoglobins and how there’s two alpha heme units and two beta heme unit for each haemoglobin protein, COOL STUFF! Until she started talking about data stuff, it’s all review to me that got a bit boring :S everything else was awesome. HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOO MY BEEEEYOTCH I LOVE YO ASS LMFAOO. Something about probability to understand mendel’s dihybrid crosses. Then after class I met up with Jen and Gary and them. We travelled to The Tank and i got my organic chemistry textbook for $43.95 ! not a bad deal eh.. considering it to be top notch condition yet being used. I’m so looking forward to doing well in this course, I like chem after all :) this analytical type of science really suits me, it explains how our universe is constructed... I LOVE SCIENCE. Except I was really looking forward to seeing her... She was apparently sitting on the left row far back and i was sitting in the front middle. We didn’t get to see each other :( I sometimes wonder if she feels the same was as i feel towards her... her feelings for me probably lies within the boundary of a friend, nothing more :( We text each other sometimes but I usually start the convo. I don’t knowwww its so hard .... I don’t even know what I’m doing. To be honest, I’ve never really showed her my feelings.. even I notice that I subconsciously control my actions up to the limits of being a “friend”... am i afraid of rejection or am i just lying to myself..... lol life is hard. On a more happier note, I can’t wait to get internet! Once we do... our partying experiences will be 10x more live. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

Time to say bye
Well, it has been fun. It seems like it was only yesterday when i graduated from high school. I tackled a brand new chapter of my life expecting very different experiences from what I have now. One definite fact: I was afraid of university! I knew nobody but Karen, even though Jenn and I are from Unionville, we weren’t close in high school (our conversations were about how to hack restaurant city LOL). Now I look back at my first year experience, I realize it’s been a significantly unique segment of my life. I couldn’t ask for more.
I made many new friends this year. Some of which I know will be important people for the rest of my life, some not so much. But nonetheless, each and every person I met here in McMaster has different values and morals. Some display their kindness in a hidden fashion, while there are those that flaunt their positive attitudes directly. It’s funny actually, I communicated with everyone well, I would hope so :D
Friendships are valuable. I came knowing only Karen. Then I got closer to Jenn. Our foundation was made in hongkong ;) haha cheap bargaining malls! I miss that :P Then I met Justin through Jenn. Realized we were both from bates, yeeee B-A-T-E-S don’t get mad cause we’reeeee that BEST, BUH-BUH-BUH-BUH BATES. Hahaha. During frosh days, I met Jason through Jenn! Found out we both had a little interest in badminton haha. A week or so later, Jenn introduced me to her Hedden friends; Sandy, Maggie (not from hedden LOL), Natalie, Jeff and Simon. We all got close for a while, maybe because we were all super friendly during the first few weeks. My advice to incoming first years is to take advantage of that haha! Then when school work piled up, frequent visits to Hedden became costly. We remained in Bates (often) from then on. In doing so, I met Karen’s roommate Eva and got close to her in a ridiculously short amount of time! My first impression of Eva was like a typical party girl with typical emotional breakdowns with her relationships and stuff (I hear stories from Karen, “MY ROOMMATE’S CRYING AND YELLING AGAIN!” ROFLLL). I had a WRONG impression of her, now I know she is so much more. Then I met Susane, Tim, and Nico, via Eva and Justin. We are such a chillaxing group of individuals! Staying up until 6am everyday… watching movies and then missing all our classes the next day. Loved it. Then later on I met Daphne,Vivian and Kenneth through Eva and Susane. They came to bates a lot, and we just got tighter from then onwards :) somewhere along the year I met others, but they’re not that as important LOL joking!
I’m moving out tomorrow.. early in the morning at 9am! I will miss Bates a lot.. Nowadays, all you can see outside the window is everyone moving out. It’s kind of sad, reminds me of the crazy refs in jumpsuits singing welcome songs to me during move-in day. The school spirit was amazing. Then when class started, it just faded… into nothingness. I don’t think it existed at all throughout school! What you can tell from this is that McMaster has the heart of partying, but when it comes to academics, the time is directed 100% to studies. I like that, I think that’s how any student should balance their priorities. Have time to relax, know what’s important and focus on your ideals.
I’m really looking forward to summer school. It will be Karen Justin Jenn and Jason occupying the whole house from May 1st to June 23rd. We have to party it up… ORGANIC CHEMISTRY STYLE. Can’t wait :D

nom nom exams
I came home this weekend again, that makes three weekends in a row! Day 1, studied a lot of physics! Well, content-wise not a lot. I spent the whole morning trying to figure out freaking thin-film wave diffraction stuff. In other words, I did two questions.
I'm actually proud of myself, because usually when I do questions, I seek an equation and plug in numbers and that would be it. But now in university, life is not all that simple anymore. You actually have to understand where the equations are coming from. In that form of understanding is what studying should be. Memorizing equations are useless. Understanding and being able to manipulate your tools is what university is testing us! So don't just study hard, but study EFFICIENTLY hard!

Things for granted
I am 18 now, in 2 or so months i will turn 19; I will become a true adult! One of my biggest expectation I have for myself is to generally speaking, grow up. I want to learn to appreciate the things I have, be it family, education and/or relationships. For all my life, even up until now, everything has been given to me: money, laptop, cellphone, tuition, food, clothes... All those things come out of my parents' pocket and I never really thought of the hard work my parents have to endure to provide me with the best life they want me to have.
They ask me to focus on school, and I just listen. They tell me their responsibility is to financially support the family, and my responsibility is to succeed in school so when I grow up, I can find a good-paying job. University tuition is expensive. $550 a course, 51 classes fifty minutes in length. A little over $10 per class. Every time you decide to skip a class, think twice. I need to realize it's time for me to start taking care of myself, there isn't much I can do but to save money when there's an opportunity to do so; find a job perhaps?
A select few of my friends have fallen for my persona of being wealthy. I don't find it surprising but truth is, I am not at the least bit rich. In fact my family is kind of poor to a point where we owe many of our relatives money. I know it sounds bizarre but it's true. There was a sad time in my life 2-3 years ago when my dad's business finally collapsed. He was the boss of a 20-30 employee garment industry. Things didn't go well and my parents were depressed most of the time. Not one time did they show their sadness to my sister and I, they wanted us to perceive the situation as nothing important. They wanted us to be like normal kids and they did keep us like that. Any school supply I needed, anything... was given to me. Even the slightest bit of useless shit (like gameboys, yugioh cards like wow im such a dumbass wasted so much money on yugioh cards) they still gave it to me. I ask them now: "Why did you buy me all the useless things I wanted when I was little?" Its not like I needed them. They said: "for that A you got in math." All for encouragement.
I know this may make my life seem sad, but it's not. I could not ask for more, I've got caring parents and a happy little sister. On top of that, I have wonderful friends who are on my side no matter what happens. So thank you mom and dad, I will use every bit of my willpower to score a good mark on exams. I'll make you proud.
:)

These memories are fading awayy ..
I've started this blog in hopes of recording everything that is worth remembering in the future. Anything interesting I try to write it all here, maybe one day I might hit my head and suffer from amnesia! Who knows.. but I started this blog last year in October. It was during a time when all my high school experiences were already over, so I never really got a chance to blog about the moments of my high school life. So from what I remember, I'll try to write something about milliken prom :)
During the morning of June 4th 2009, it was like any normal day... going to classes, etc. I remember I had to request permission from my teachers to take the day off the next day, because I wasn't attending my own school's prom but there still exists an after party and therefore I will most likely skip the next day! So around 1:50pm, I left UHS and went back home, grabbed my stuff, went to Karen's house to get ready! Lisa and Miranda came, and they spent an hour to do their hair and make-up and girl-related stuff. They didn't take that long, I know some girls take FOREVER to get ready for formals, but I just guess they don't fit the stereotype of typical girls :P
We took a few pictures and headed off to Gary Chan's house. We were one of the last ones to arrive. Everyone including Gary Chan, Gary Lam, HaoMing, Jeffrey, Jonathan, Richard and Xin were already there. Jenny came a while later, and Canny had a militia finale thing so he had to come late into the end of prom. But aside from that, we took some nice group pictures, people put on each others' corsages and we were all so hyped :) we waited a while for the limo though, it was late. But it didn't really matter, we made use of the time to take more pre-prom pictures! When the limo finally came, we all stood by it and took ONLY ONE picture.. We were so rushed that the limo driver lady took the picture blurry. :( We all hopped onto the limo and bolted towards the mansion! We were only allowed a maximum of 10 people in the limo, so Jenny was the odd one out so she had to get a ride from her mom, so that sucked!
When we got there, the mansion seemed decent from the outside. Everyone was already inside, signing in and maneuvering from the balcony to the field to the stairs etc. The inside of the mansion didn't seem that nice, but then again maybe it's because I compared it with unionville prom, the banquet hall was 3x nicer! We walked around and got a professional group picture taken at the rooftop balcony place. Then later they opened the doors for us and we went into the dining hall! We found our table and sat and took more pics and stuff. It was really boring up to this point, even as the food came things didn't get more interesting. I forgot what they served that day, but it wasn't good. Oh well I wasn't hungry because I ate before (smart eh LOL) so it all works out! Halfway through dinner, they had the MC make us play a game. Toss the towels or whatever, but I don't remember it being fun.
Later, it was DANCING TIME! At first nobody danced because we were all so shy. But soon everyone hit up the dance floor! I think this was the best part of the whole night. Jumping around to brown songs (?) and taking crazy pics. Around this time was when Canny showed up! we chilled for a short moment and it was all over...
However, party doesn't stop just yet! we took the limo back to gary chan's house to change back to casual wear. Then we went to holiday inn for after party. I forgot how we got there, I think canny made 2-3 trips lol. We didn't do much at the motel, we were suppose to drink, but most of us didn't. We just chilled and watched the drunk Hao Ming do his thing hahaha. Well I guess that was it! Next day we went to Xin's house and it was all over!
I miss the high school days :(

難受到
In short (in case you don't want to read all of it :P)
Friday: played badminton
Saturday: volunteered at senior home
Sunday: library
My laptop overheated when I was trying to make this post. But I am always equiped with other alternatives.., iPhone! Haha. On Friday nothing interesting happened, Karen went home and I played badminton with Jen and Jason. JEN VERSUS JASON, WHO WILL WIN?
We ate at commons for dinner and I ordered Alfredo pasta with chicken. Adding that extra meat is optional and costs a whole dollar and a half more. Sometimes an Alfredo pasta by itself is really plain and boring so I tried it with chicken. The lady that scooped the chicken bits gave me a quantity so miniscule, that not even half the scoop was filled. Was 5 pieces of tiny chicken pieces worth $1.50? No. I sometimes put myself in the shoes of servery employees. Would it matter if I give a greater proportion to students? I'm not paying for the food nor will my salary be altered depending on the quantity of food that is left at the end of the day. By the way, the server was an asian lady with an accent recognizable to be of Chinese decent. To be honest it doesn't matter if I receive less than the reasonable amount, but what would they do with all that leftovers? Under strict regulations they have to trash it! What a waste.. There are kids in the world everyday fighting starvation.. And this is how we, north Americans, achieve a shameful lifestyle such as this! Sad.
So for the rest of the night I went to chill with my favourite mom, EVA CHUNG. we had the longest talk about everything, anything and all there is to talk about. I'm glad I got to know you so much more, hope you have a PLEASANT future ahead of you :D
ROFL
On Saturday, my psych group had a meeting with our TA to discuss and edit our essay. Justin didn't come because he was sleeping. Sandy went to Waterloo. So it was just Maggie and I. Guess who else didn't show up, that's right.. our TA didn't freaking show up! I can't believe we waited a whole hour waiting for that irresponsible woman to come. Honestly what kind of TA would forget to attend two group meetings arranged by both her and the group members... That is just wrong, I believe this is a great opportunity to bribe her for participation marks. But that one hour wait wasn't entirely redundant, I had a good talk with Maggie :) she got locked out of her res because she forgot her access key. I told her to report to the front desk that she locked herself out, but she didn't want to. Something about an ego of hers and it's almost the end of the year and how it will look bad on her :D kidding!
Then later in the afternoon I went to a senior retirement home to do some volunteering for my gerontology class. I need 10 hours of volunteering with old people older adults (Gerontology raised my awareness to misused terms towards the elderly) [Jen LOL]. So our task was just to chill with the elders. Talk to them, play games with them, watch tv with them, etc. Throughout the three hours I've spent there, I noticed older adults are living really tiresome lives. It's not in any specific way that I feel this, but its generally a negative experience to grow old, in terms of physiological decline and lack of socialism. This elder named Wes has really poor vision. He could not see us within arms-length distance and his hearing is really bad. In terms of mentality, he is very bright for a 91 year old! he had two wives, one passed away due to cancer and one passed away due to Alzheimer's. He has two sons aged 57 and 59. Despite the sad lost of his wives, he can still crack a joke at times, and be fully able to recall his past experiences of the world war with ease. Apparently, he was an engineer for the 2nd world war for Poland. He has a whole album of pictures he took during that time. It's really fascinating to explore 91 years of past history within a single individual. Imagine all the things he's seen in his life, all the places he's been to, all the experiences he had in the past generation. It's amazing to comprehend such a different life compared to our own. Cool.
During the second half of the visit, we spent time with an older female resident, Noel. She is described as bossy by the cleaning lady. Although i noticed she is a bit closed up at first, but she gladly opened up to those that approached her. She taught us how to play Backgammon, a board game! I never knew how to play before, but trust me elders are not stupid, they are fully capable of teaching Jen and I how to play board games! She didn't participate in the game itself, she only facilitated the game and made sure we wouldn't break the simplest of rules. She thought I cheated, but I didn't! Oh well Jen knows I didn't and it's no use arguing to her about it :P but Jen you only won that game because you got that extra turn LOL. So after 3 games of backgammon, we watched a video cassette (they still exist!) of some Disney movie about dogs. I fell asleep because I was so tired, but Jen found it interesting. Not more interesting than my iPhone right? Haha. So that was my Saturday! Went back to mac ate at commons to only realize I only had a dollar on my meal card. Karen came back to mac during the night and she and Justin made pizza and I ate some.
Sunday was boring. I was suppose to go back to the seniors home to volunteer again, but I really wanted to study for bio today. I kind of feel bad too because we promised Noel that we would go back and finish watching the movie with her. I hope she doesn't remember us or she'll be mad next time she sees us! So instead I went to Thode library with Karen. I got a fair amount of work done, I don't know about her but she spent most of her time staring at this girl sitting behind me scratching her ass. LMFAO. then later went to bistro (never went for a while cause we ran out of money...) with Karen, Justin, Jen, Jason and Natalie. Went back to res and did chem quiz, helped others (and also received help) to do it.
Karen and Justin came up at 12am. This is what they do every time they come up. He plays DS and she tries to cam whore with him.
They schemed a plan to make me eat all the lunchables they brought and make me fat, but in the end they ate most of it themselves. And now it's 4:20am and I'm still pecking my iPhone lol. Time for bed, good night..!

Fly awayy
There are so many things that need to be done, I don't even know where to start. The bio test next week is giving me so much pressure! I just need to do good on this one. I must! Then there's the psych report due on the same day. Not to mention my last chem lab just so happen to ALSO BE ON THE SAME DAY. But its okay! I just have to start things earlier and resist procrastination! I think university has taught me how to cope with problems like these. I heard from an upper year student that workload increases in 2nd and 3rd year, but people learn to handle the increased amount of workload. Afterall, we are specializing into a field we desire. Interest is a major motivation and an important factor in any studying purposes! It's work worth doing.
I seriously need to start applying for jobs. Time is running out but I just have no time... Ahhh! I'm still debating if I want to stay I Hamilton for the summer or not. I think taking summer school is a wise choice and I really want to do that. But I'm also viewing this case from my family's perspective. My mom missed me practically for the whole year. She told her sister (and my aunt told me) that it's like she lost her son or something. I think that's universal to any parent/guardian out there. As they watch their child enter university, it's like they've grown into adulthood and it is time to leave the family. I can definitely say that's true the moment anyone leaves for post-secondary education, after school people start working (for most of us, when school is done we'll be in our late 20's) and afford their own house and get married and thank mom and dad for raising you into a successful human being. What parents give to their children in a lifetime will always be greater than the amount they receive, be it love, morals, respect or values.
So anyways, the point of all that is, should I stay for the summer or not :(
I still need to get my g2 before my g1 expires in July LOL

CEREBRAL CORTEX
I went to Thode Library today to get some of my psych report done. I just can't work at res, I get too distracted (for example, now). While at the library I noticed A LOT of unproductive people. Most of them were on facebook and youtube, while some of them were hardcore playing games with their 5 pound headsets. 5% of the students were working, well they look like they were. Yes there were quite a few asleep. They look like they have lived in the library for a week!
My laptop overheated (and then shut down) for at least ten times today. When I turned my laptop back on, the system goes under system recovery mode. And later displays a screen that states the system is reverting to a point in the past when it "functioned properly." This scared the crap out of me! I thought I would lose all the work I did. But it didn't THANK GOD. It's very frustrating especially when you are actually trying to get some work done. I finally emailed stupid HP. I hope my warranty haven't expired yet!
Today she didn't go to bio :( but she had her chem lab after so she was probably doing the prelab last minute :) haha I sent her the notes I typed in class! Hope she can catch up!

think POSITIVE .
I am really trying to resist blogging negative posts. It's not a matter centered about myself, but if there comes a day when it does, I will explode. It's been way too bothersome to keep quiet. But before I rant like a pessimist, I will write about my day. Because it was a good one!
I sat with her today! I didn't sit with her for a week.., Its either I come late or she comes late or either of us skips or we just don't notice where each other are sitting! We have such random convos.. but mostly we talk about school. Actually I think that might be my cause. When I don't know what to socialize about I usually say something like "ready for chem test?!" or "how did you do on physics!?" I'm boring :( but it's okay I think I'm slowly getting to know her more. I've heard bad things about her and it might be true, but if I base her personality from my experiences only, I think she's a really kind person. I will find out soon!
So today, Karen and I were finally able to play Maplestory. LOL. Xin influenced us, so during the whole weekend we've been trying to find a working private server, cause who the hell wants to play legit. It's been a rough process installing this game, since the installation files were all corrupted and whatnot. Downloading a 480MB file is an insanely difficult task considering a computer with random overheat-caused restarts at one hour intervals.
This laptop sucks balls
Ahhh, I have so much to do this week... Although I have no midterms this week, I shouldn't be slacking at all! I have to start writing my Psych report and Geron report. I hate writing essays, they take too much time. I think one of the reasons why I hate writing assignments is that I lack vocabulary and in-depth ideas. I would write books and dive into the field of journalism if I have those talents. But I don't, hence I'm in science. I never read. If any english teacher were to read my blog, they would notice I misuse the tools of commas and periods. I'm trying my best to improve my english though. So if you, my readers, haven't noticed I tried to capitalize the first letter of the first word in all my sentences! I try to use appropriate grammar, instead of using MSN language, for example: "sup, wat y'all up to, i luv mah homiezz, yeeee nigga G !!!" I've also tried to reduce the use of emoticons; I do not think those are formal at all. There's the occasional exception when a smiley is in fact needed :)
Miranda came to mac again. This is what, like the sixth time? I know it's her March Break and she's bored at home and all, but is it not at all ironic for her to come and expect us to take our time off school to chill with her? I don't know. It's not my business.. I hope she doesn't come bother me. But if she doesn't bother me, then she's going to bother Karen. Sigh I feel bad for her..

Today Yesterday, March 14th, was Pi Day. Happy Pi Day! LOL
Well the physics test wasn't as bad as I thought it was. Still, I was unsure of a few questions, hope I won't go emo when the marks are released! Xin came to Mac this weekend. We were suppose to watch Alice in Wonderland in 3D at SilverCity, but that didn't happen because we lack a sense of direction. So we just went to a nearby theater to watch it non-3D. It was not a bad movie at all! Really jokes, especially the Queen of Hearts. Her selfish persona was hilarious, especially in the scene with her bossing around the "FAT BOYS!" HAHAHA.
Then on sunday, we went to pho for lunch. It's like our way of greeting anyone that visits us in McMaster. We take them to pho. First it was Miranda, then Gary and Canny, and now Xin LMFAO. So whoever is next to come visit us, expect some pho. Hamilton's finest. We can tell Xin had the time of his life here, since Mac is so awesome. But yes, I'm totally being sarcastic.., its obvious he seemed kind of bored, but he didn't say anything haha. There's nothing to do here, unless you come during clubbing seasons! Otherwise... mad boring :P
I got a haircut from Jenn today. It was a very... interesting experience. It didn't turn out bad at all! I'm so hot I don't know what Karen and Justin are talking about LOL jokes! Thanks Jenn for taking your precious math-study time for my haircut :D Appreciate it.

Yesterday I was so exhausted that I slept at 9:30pm. Sometimes I don't even think I'm tired at all, maybe just stressed? The pressure of the physics midterm happening later today kind of made me really tired.. if that makes sense. And the result is waking up at 5:00am and finding my way to blogger.com.
These are my program choices for 2nd year, I honestly cannot decide what my fourth choice should be. Even though the odds are slim, there is still an unfortunate chance of me not getting my top three choices. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree does not necessarily give a promising career. Many individuals enrolled in the Faculty of Science/Health Science all have one goal. That would be med school. It's a bit biased to say all, but if not all at least a majority (I would fall under that category). It's good to have challenging goals. But let's face it. The average for that chem test was 58%. To be competitive or even have the slightest chance of enrolling into medical school requires AT LEAST an 80% average. So where am I standing. About... the 70's range lol. Realistically speaking, I probably won't have the marks to attain the title of a doctor. But it's not worth giving up.
I remember the days when I was in my early childhood, how relatives and teachers asked me what I want to be when I grow up. I said I wanted to be a pilot. I liked the rush of adrenaline when the aircraft takes off and when it lands. I traveled countless times to Hawaii, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan when I was little. Riding an airplane is no unfamiliar experience. From then on, the ambition of becoming a pilot lasted for about 10 years. It was during grade 10 when I was enrolled in air cadets that I realized aeronautical studies just isn't my thing. I lost complete interest in it while being a cadet. I don't know why, but for some reason I despised cadets. I didn't like the fact that people yell at me for the simplest mistakes in a "right dress." If you don't know what I'm talking about, a right dress is one of the many drills you have to do in any cadet squadron. I really do lack discipline.
I have to fix that.., slowly and steadily, I'm going to fix every bad characteristic and personality trait I possess. I know in some cases, changing and "not being yourself" is bad. But it's just that I realize I can be a better person.

All and all
I'm studying physics right now! with karen in her living room lmao. the internet speed is so bad.. but maybe that's because we're both competing for the signal. one minute, i get internet while she doesn't, and vice versa, again and again and again. But who needs the internet, i'm working extra hard on physics afterallll ! I'm so scared for the midterm on friday. Apparently my prof said it is super hard! and its intended to be that way.. since our first midterm had an exceptionally high average (85-90%?) LOL so the purpose of this midterm is to drop our marks. so lame, oh well i must ace this! but to be honest, physics has never been my forte. It wasn't even calculated within my top 6 courses in high school.
Then again, it could be due to the horrible teacher I had. He's okay and nice and all, but he never really answers my questions, in depth. In fact, i feel stupid every time I ask him a question, because he would just be like "its 0.5mv^2 not 0.5mv, you didn't square the speed." WELL in context, that was a bad example.. but OTHER TIMES he shows us mythbusters at least twice a week. I love mythbusters and all but make it MORE related to physics... lol I kinda need you to teach me this stuff, I need to learn this in university. then in every weekly quiz, there would be questions that were never taught. very challenging questions. stupid high school physics. 78.
My sister and parents are in Hong Kong right now. They are living in my grandparents' apartment in Sai Wan. Today I think they're going to visit my grandparents (dad's side) all the way in Kowloon. I wonder if they know how to get there.., I still remember how :D hop onto one of the 10 million taxis and say you want to go to Choi Hung! LMFAO no don't do that, the bill will exceed 300HK$. All you have to do is... Go on 5B double decker bus that's literally outside of the apartment, get off at Central station, take the MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Mong Kok and interchange to the Kwun Tong Line and travel 8-10 stations and you're there! Haha you can see how bored I am at the moment.
When I reminisce about the life in Hong Kong, I make drastic comparisons to my life now. People live a very different lifestyle in Hong Kong. Firstly, literally everyone live in apartments. Since Hong Kong is such a crowded place with a limiting land area, it is not efficient to own a house like you would have in Canada. Secondly, the population is massive. Everywhere you go, you are bombarded with people trying to invade your personal space (jokes). Thirdly, everyday is a party. Nobody stays home, it's all about going out and spending money. Food is amaaaaaaazing. You name it, Hong Kong has it. I sound like I am advertising this city (city? country?) or something LMAO. I don't remember who, but somebody said to me something along the lines of: "if you love Hong Kong so much, go get deported and live there.." or something. I actually will take that as a constructive suggestion :) When I'm done school, I'm LIVING THERE YO!
I've lived in Hong Kong ever since I was one or two months old. I was born in Canada but immigrated over like almost immediately. I attended daycare in Lok Fu and made a cool friend. I wonder if it's creepy that I still remember his name. Afterall, it has been 16 years? Haha I moved back to Markham, Ontario at 5 years of age and attended kindergarten in Highgate Public School. For 9 years, from kindergarten to grade 8, I finally graduated elementary school. I've made many everlasting bonds in that building that are still very much alive today. But after grad, I moved away from the area and did not attend Milliken Mills High School, but rather, the much more "prestigious" Unionville High School. Four years swooped by quite fast, and now I am a university student at McMaster. Life is changing constantly. In 1 or 5 or 10 years, the house I live in, the people I see everyday, the places I travel to everyday, will all be different. So if you love your life, cherish it indefinitely. If you hate your life, look ahead and climb out of your hole with your own two hands.
My future is still a mystery, and it will always be. I will never know where I will go or what I will be doing, until that time comes. Even then, there are still a vast amount of experiences to be revealed and explored. Allow time to write the pathway of life.

sososo
so, apparently I have a really BAD attitude :( today I had to do a presentation for bio. It was about the negative impacts of global warming on peary caribous. You know, the animal that's on our quarters. yeah global warming kills them indirectly! global warming -> more ocean evaporation -> more snowfall -> accumulation of snow -> forms ice layer that traps the vegetation that caribous require for food. So, at the end of the presentation, this guy asked a question about organic salts. how they're bad for the environment and it'll seep into the soil and caribous eat them and they die blah blah blah. My group member already thoroughly answered his question; explaining that the salt can be dispersed into other areas of the ecosystem via water transport. This makes it less hazardous. and then he kept going on about how organic salts are bad, like shitson, come on drop the topic? I actually got pissed, (I used a pretty bad tone to shut him up) I was like "ITS A DYNAMIC PROCESS, YOU KNOW? ITS A LIFE CYCLE THING" BAHAHAH yeah there goes our peer eval. LOL Karen, my bad.
3:53am // thinking. should i study for physics or sleep. I'm going to game. yes, good choice indeed.

These moments of Gold
Yesterday I had my chem test, it was insanely hard, but I THINK I did ok.. I'm not sure im probably gonna jynx myself for saying that lol. But yeah Jen was comparing with my test and she said she got pretty different answers. This sucks cause she's a smarty pants so I dunno I'm probably gonna get gged lol. Its 7:50am right now.. pretty early I don't know why I'm up lol. After chem test, we drank with Jen Jason Natalie and David. We finished the stuff we didn't finish from last week. We also opened the bottle of baileys cause were so tank :) haha I think I fulfilled one my of new years resolution.. About increasing my tolerance? Yeah cause I took 15shots and I was still sober :) then took t more and passed out rofl. But it's fine i wasnt the first to pass out so it doesn't matter haha. What a stupid resolution I made :S not a productive one lol, I'm planning to take summer school and maybe get a job this summer. Two reasons: I'm too lazy to find a sublet, so I'll probably lose money for rent! Might as well stay! The latter is I realized I dont have enough electives to apply for optometry in the university of Waterloo at 3rd year. If I major in biochemistry (my ultimate backup) I only get 2 electives in 2nd and 3rd year. From what I know, I still need English, ethics, stats, 2nd physics, 2 anatomy/kin courses =.= So yeah I'm kinda screwed so I'm forced to take summer school? That's fine though cause Karen and eva are staying during the summer too :D absolutely cannot wait for move in. my mom, dad and sister are on their way to hongkong right now. They left Friday morning, so I didn't really get a chance to see them. My grandparents called me yesterday and told me they were stuck in San Fransisco. They have standby tickets so it's not guaranteed they will get a spot on the plane, it depends on the load and capacity of the plane. Unfortunately, they were unlucky and didn't have the chance go on the plane from San Fransisco to Hong Kong, sucks... They are mostly in a hotel now... Waiting for the plane ride the next day. I wish I was there.., I really do miss my family :( i was going to go home this weekend, to like say goodbye to them and all, but stupid chem test! arghh but what can I do I have school so.. No vacations for me! I went during the summer by myself and they didn't get to go so.. I don't entirely feel bad. but obviously no vacation is fun without your family right! truesayyy

When the night ends
Yesterday was such an adventure.. to LCBO! Jenn and i got Edward from asianfocus to buy alcohol for us. Edward kept calling just alcoholics on the way... hahah its kinda true. There were such a variety of EVERYTHING at LCBO (first time going LOL). We went kinda overboard and spent $223. Bought like smirnoff green apple, smirnoff raspberry, absolut vodka mango, caramilk vodka thing, this really good lemon vodka thing, some rum, other irish cream vodka, two smirnoff ice coolers and like 50 cans of different beer. We don't really know what they taste like, so ... WE'RE GONNA TRY THEM ALL ! Look at our beer mountain :D LOL no joke, we're insane.
After...

Happy Chinese New Year and Valentines Day for couples! I can't believe it but I'm finally home. After 3 or 4 weeks of midterm crams and work.. I get to relax and do absolutely nothing for one whole week! I love holidays haha last night we chilled at Chan's house. A little reunion with the high school group! Sucks that Jenny Jeffrey Gary and Lisa couldn't go, but oh well we'll find some other day to hang out :) today I went to pmall with Karen and Lisa. I had no ride so I had to bus. It was pretty much a bad day for me cause I missed the viva bus right before my eyes. Waited 15mins in the cold for the next one to come. Then at YMCA i waited for another 15mins in the cold! Don't ask me why I didn't shelter in YMCA it's a long story.. Took me one whole hour to get to pmall. Sad times lol. So yeah Karen please note I killed myself to get to pmall to give you advice on which phone you should get =.= anyways whole day was unbelievably boring. Just walked around market with Lisa. Mad boring. Bought something stupid at One's.. :D haha we need to Mah Jong sometime.. Cause I probably forgot how to play already! gotta hardcore psych T_T midterm T-minus 7 days. MOM COMING HOME TOMORROW !!! :)

here's a picture of KAREN&EVA's horrendous garbage section of the kitchen. its like a landfill (and smells like one too). i don't know if you can see it but try to look at the garbage bin, there's like no plastic bag base. well its not the worse i've seen.. compared to justin's res. i can't even stay there for more than a min let alone take pictures of it. oh well this will suffice. how am i going to survive next year living with these people... :(

im writing something deep again.. i feel so exposed when i write all my thoughts and secrets here, knowing people actually read it. this place is where i go when i need a break from life..
throughout these past weeks, i noticed our old high school group has been falling apart. its unfortunate that physical distance between all of us can cause relationships to fade. i once thought everyone promised to put up with anything that gets in their way, persevere and strife for the top. some of us had given up... kind of sad. everything happens for a reason i guess, but to be honest, is letting go the best way to solve our problems? im so disappointed...
i want to mention almost every single thing thats wrong right now. but its not fair to mention names, so i dont even know where to begin. i'll keep this to myself..? sigh
im not perfect either.. there have been things i've said that are wrong. i probably made some stupid mistakes too. but i will never devalue opinions of others. they're not accusations either. its a request; a request from a close friend. dont take it as if its a joke, its not a matter of lying anymore.. what use to be, will never be the same. i'm about to give up... let this be the end.. :(
this is the best picture of you guys. we never got a chance to take a picture with all of us. this is as close as it can get. :(

oh my god my iphone just reformatted... wtfux im going to go cry T_T ALL MY GAMES CONTACTS PICTURES MUSIC VIDEO SHITSONNNNNNNNNNNNNNN gay. wow. wtf.
my friend has this mission of his that's been ongoing for a couple of weeks now. he posts a picture a day (for a whole year?) and it has to have some sort of meaning that relates to his life. but knowing myself, theres no way i have that kind of dedication to remember to post and stuff. but nevertheless, i will try :) all pictures will be from my camera or iphone.
a nest of some bird. i think it's a mother sitting on top of her eggs. they will grow up to be healthy little birds :)

It's been a while since I posted anything. Been so busy with midterms :S chem was ok but physics was bad. I hate myself for making the dumbest mistakes ever honestly crap. Things like skimming the question FUCKKK :( gg to 3% of my final mark .. Oh well. I guess I have to make up for it! I'm going to work extra hard for my upcoming gerontology midterm this Thursday! And bio next week.. Then it's reading week yay! Can't believe it's already February.., seems like frosf week was just a month ago ! Time goes by so fast it's unreal. But that's only cause life's been filled with excruciating events that seem to be never-ending :P still, it doesn't hurt to think about my high school life once in a while! A typical day would be waking up at 8 and be at school in 30 mins. In that short amount of time I need to brush my teeth take a shower get dressed and get a ride to school (1min ride or 10mins walk, usually get a ride though LOL) and yet I'm always late for calc -.- I had two spares in both my grade 12 semesters so school was really short! But cause of that I spent so much time doing nothing... There wasn't even stress durin the school year LOL maybe like during exams but that's it :S ahh the high school days.. Wasn't as amazing as other people's experiences though :P nonetheless it doesn't matter! Right now in just worried about my grades! And i miss some friends here and there :( Especially GARY LAM! when can I chill with this guy he's such a fag for being too busy for me during the break! What happened to Dave and busters with Karen huh! We really should hang out soon.. Before we start feeling like we don't know each other anymore. Cause it happens to friends... If you lose contact for too long you aren't close with them anymore and sooner or later it'll be awkward too! I hope that doesn't happen :(
